Advance Two offer a range of technical & engineering services to the house building and construction industries specialising in site adoption works including sewers, pumping stations, highways and open space works to new, historic & legacy sites.
Our goal is to achieve Technical Approval on any incomplete Section 104 and Section 38 agreements and for our Adoption Engineers to pass the sites to the relevant bodies.
From working in the housebuilding industry for over 20 years we know that the adoption and handover of completed sites is often a challenge as commercial pressures mean focus shifts to the next project.
Advance Two has assisted many developers and house builders reduce their bond liability over the years and our Civil Engineers are highly experience in dealing with Local Authorities and Water companies to ensure we offer a swift and hassle-free service.
At Advance Two we deal with all elements of site remedial management. We can offer a tendering and subcontractor appointments service to assist in the speedy completion of the projects and section agreements. Our aim is to ensure the works are completed safely and efficiently to obtain approval from the adopting body, finalise the agreements, cancel the bond and reduce your outstanding liabilities.

Bond Management
We believe bond management is a major part of site adoption work. We will liaise on your behalf with the adopting bodies to ensure your outstanding bond liability is as low as possible to reduce the risk of becoming over exposed.
As part of your adoption package we will produce a full detailed bond schedule and track the reductions on a monthly basis for inclusion within your board reports.
The bond over run fee's along with the ongoing maintenance of the roads, sewer and streetlighting running costs can add up massively over the months and years, we are here to help reduce all of these costs.
We aim to reduce and cancel your overdue bonds quickly and efficiently freeing up your time to work on new projects.
